AUSTIN – If you’re getting hitched in Texas, get ready to face a stiffer fee for a marriage license. It’s going from $30 to $60 starting Monday. But couples can avoid most of that cost by completing a free eight-hour course that teaches how to communicate better and resolve arguments.
